Obion Use Terms

These terms govern access to Obion County Released Inmates. By using the site, a visitor agrees to the limits below. If those terms are not acceptable, the visitor should stop using the service.

This is a privately owned reference with no government, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections affiliation. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers an FCRA-covered service. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency, and its content cannot be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA purpose.

Nature of the Service

The site points readers toward Obion County and Tennessee release records, jail contacts, offender locators, supervision resources, and outside research tools. It stores no official record. It cannot verify live custody, release a person, post bond, file a request, or act for a government office.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the service lawfully and without harming another person, the site, or its systems. In particular, users agree not to:

  • Break a law or violate another person's rights
  • Stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone
  • Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content
  • Seek access to accounts, systems, or data without permission

Users agree not to apply any information to:

  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premiums
  • Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
  • Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Third-Party Links

Links may lead to release records, sheriff and corrections sites, courts, legal resources, federal locators, or outside search services. A link does not endorse the operator. This site is not responsible for the outside service's content, privacy practices, pricing, availability, or terms.

Service Provided As Is

The service and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, no express or implied warranty covers accuracy, completeness, currentness, uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors or security flaws, or the scope of a partner's search results. Custody and public records can change quickly, and nothing here is an official statement from a public agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its owners, operators, contributors, and partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from access, use, inability to use, or reliance on the site or an outside link.

User Indemnification

A user agrees to defend and hold the site, its owners, operators, contributors, and partners harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees caused by that user's conduct, use of the service, or breach of these terms.

Intellectual Property

Original text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code are owned by Obion County Released Inmates or the relevant content partner. They may not be copied, distributed, republished, or modified without written permission, except where law clearly permits.

Changes and Access

These terms may be revised at any time. A revision takes effect when posted. Access may also be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time, for any lawful reason, without prior notice.

Tennessee Law Applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Tennessee.

Severability

If a court finds one part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
